"I chose to stop over in Buenos Aires for a week following a trip I had just made to Antarctica. Partly to decompress and soak in everything I had just experienced the past couple of weeks on the world’s most southern continent, and also to explore a city I had never been to before - Buenos Aires.

What is so exciting about going somewhere new is that you get to see everything with fresh eyes. I have a habit when I see a big city for the first time, I often start in a cemetery and work my way out, start with the dead and work my way into the living. I’m on foot most of the time and I find myself walking the long avenues and small side streets, hoping that something will catch my gaze and I can take pictures. The freedom to wander and make street photography is one of the greatest pleasures there is. I hope you enjoy just a few selected moments I captured along the paths and crypts from the land of ‘Messi’ and ‘Maradona’."
